He has provided strategic policy and communications advice to the Prime Minister of Canada, the Premier of Qu\u00e9bec, provincial ministers, as well as the Mayor of the City of Montr\u00e9al and federal opposition leaders. His roles include advisor on Qu\u00e9bec issues, senior advisor, media analyst and press secretary.<\/p>\n

    S\u00e9bastien has developed considerable knowledge of political issues, policy research, issues management, media monitoring and analysis of current issues in order to create and execute impactful strategies.<\/p>\n

    With a master\u2019s degree in political science from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al and a bachelor\u2019s degree from the University of Ottawa, S\u00e9bastien has acquired a deep understanding of how government works and is respected as a professional by public office holders. In 2012, he founded a government affairs firm providing high-value, dedicated and personalized quality services and advice to a variety of clients.<\/p>\n

    S\u00e9bastien travels frequently to Europe and is also an accomplished athlete, having completed six Ironman 70.3 competitions.
